BRIEF
Create a social media campaign that highlights Chanel No. 5 as a "Timeless" fragrance, intertwined with Chanel's enduring brand legacy. The campaign should aim to evoke a sense of nostalgia, elegance, and timeless beauty, positioning Chanel No. 5 as a fragrance that transcends generations.
WHAT WE DID
The campaign consists of three short videos, each romanticizing Chanel No.5 as a "Timeless" landmark, along with out of home and print ads. These videos were to be shared across Chanel's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube Shorts. Each video draws a parallel between the fragrance and the iconic, timeless landmarks emphasizing the idea that these landmarks are eternal, just like Chanel No. 5.
RESULT
Channeling in a key message; Chanel No. 5 is timeless, we were able to see on average a 73% engagement rate from Instagram alone through shares, comments and reposts to story through all three videos. This metric, alongside other insights proved the success of the campaign along with the website-driving print ads curated with the main copy A Timeless Parfum.








An ancient and historically enthralling artistic landmark, Stonehenge represents the concept of time through the direction of shadows, hand-held by the sun's rays like an analogue clock. This same process was brought into studio by using atmospheric and spherical lighting to represent the natural process Stonehenge endures.
The Pyramids of Giza serve as a historic cultural landmark to Egypt and a keeper of time. The pyramids use a similar technique to Stonehenge, by using the sun's light to create shadows which can evoke the time of day. Using modifiers shaped like the sun, the scene was set to evoke a sense of emotion parallel to someone who has experienced the beauty of the great pyramids.
The birthplace of Chanel, and a fashion capital of the world, Paris hosts the historic Eiffel Tower and the heritage of Coco Chanel. As a final installment to the concept of "timelessness," Light, shapes, and shadows were heavily considered to detail the silhouette of the Eiffel Tower, while romanticizing the Chanel bottle as a timeless comparison.
