BRIEF

MAX, formally known is HBO MAX merged with Discovery to host more content for a younger audience. In doing so, their attrition rate was negatively impacted and their brand has been compromised. This comes second to fans unsubscribing to MAX once their favorite shows end, leaving max in a less-than leverage position. This leaves us with the question

 

"How can we fix viewership and our brand's integrity?"

WHAT WE DID

W&W studios was poised to create an advertising template, using House of the Dragon as our example, by integrating a curated Character Playlist, A UGC competition for a season premiere with emerging tech, and 

RESULT

Through our template, our client has been able to use the strategy provided for each of their cult-following shows, creating an environment where fans stay on the streaming platform and are engaged through MAX's cohesive social channels.
